These Terms govern your use of Kazii, an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job seekers and employers through automated matching, applications, interviews and in-app calls. By creating an account or using Kazii you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work or to hire.
• You sign up with an email and password or with Google. You are responsible for your account credentials and everything done under your account.
• Job seekers must upload a valid government ID for identity verification. Employers must provide accurate company details and may be verified by our team.
• Information you supply — profile, CV, skills, salary expectations, job posts — must be truthful and yours to share.

• AI matching. Kazii scores open jobs against your profile using profession, skills, experience, industry, education, salary and location. Scores are guidance only and do not guarantee interviews or offers.
• AI Auto-Apply. If you enable Auto-Apply, you authorise Kazii to submit applications on your behalf to jobs that pass your match threshold and your filters, and to share your profile and CV with those employers. You can switch it off at any time; applications already sent cannot be withdrawn by us.
• CV analysis and coaching. AI reads your CV to extract title, experience and skills, and generates summaries, scores and advice. Output is automated and may contain mistakes — review it before relying on it.
• Interviews and Kazii Calls. Interviews may be scheduled in person, by phone, by external video link or in Kazii's built-in video/voice room. Do not record participants without their consent.

• Employers may create a company, invite team members, post jobs, view AI-ranked candidates, shortlist, reject, schedule interviews and move candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Job posts must describe real, lawful vacancies and must not require payment from applicants.
• Candidate data accessed through Kazii may only be used to evaluate that candidate for your roles. You must not resell, scrape, export in bulk, or repurpose it, and you must comply with applicable data-protection and anti-discrimination laws.
• Hiring decisions are yours alone. AI ranking is decision support, not a decision maker.

• No fake profiles, impersonation, fraudulent job posts, recruitment scams, or requests for money from candidates.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory screening on protected grounds.
• No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass matching, security or rate limits.
• No uploading malware or content you do not have the rights to.

Users can report profiles, jobs and messages. Our administrators may investigate, hide or remove content, suspend accounts and keep an audit record of moderation actions.

You keep ownership of your profile, CV, documents and job posts. You grant Kazii a licence to host, process, analyse with AI, and display that content as needed to run the service — for example showing your profile to an employer you matched with, or your job post to matched candidates.

Match scores, rankings, generated job descriptions, cover letters, summaries and coaching are produced by automated models. They may be incomplete or wrong. Kazii does not guarantee employment, applicant quality, or any particular outcome.

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features, including AI features, may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. Kazii Calls depend on your device, camera, microphone and network.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Some records — such as audit logs and applications sent — may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazii is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or the conduct of any employer or candidate you meet through the platform.
